Spinning for lace

Not only have I been knitting my lace, but I have been spinning for lace also. That is 437 yds. of American Buffalo down in about a sport weight, that I am spinning for Evelyn Clark’s Heartland Lace Shawl. I decided to spin a three ply which is basically spinning the same thing three times then plying it together. I knew I would not have enough with the first skein, I am about 120 yds. short, so back to the spinning wheel. I hope to have this ready to knit up before the Summer of Lace is over.
