I cast on for this headband of my own design, as a way to learn how to work with the stitches in Laminaria. I love working things out as I go along, even though it means way more frogging than I ever do in my normal knitting. The yarn is Supersock Select DK from Cherry Tree Hill, in the Wild Cherry colorway. I love the way the 3 into 3 looks in this yarn. Nice and soft, and fun to work with. I want to finish this for my daughter’s birthday next week, and I think that will be a simple matter.
