We have cast-on

This is my cast-on for the Laminaria shawlette, in Misti Alpaca Lace, ecru. We actually had sunshine today, and I love the shadows cast by the yarn. I know I’m going to love this knit. I ordered yarn from the knitting goddess, but it is not here yet, and I could not resist casting on. I’m sure I’ll find something lovely to do with that when it arrives!
