Not so long ago, I won a raffle. I didn’t feel wholly deserving (okay, I always feel guilty accepting prizes here), but I’m thrilled about the prize!!THRILLED!!!
What is that? Well, starting from the right, we have two lovely stitch markers (they were bonuses! — wholly unexpected, amazing little treats).

You know what those are? Those are… Swatch Me!! skeins!! Seriosly, the labels on the back read: “Swatch Me!! Ten yard sample.” I’ve got one each of “Yummy” Sock Yarn (100% superwash merino 2 ply) and Yowza What A Skein (4-ply superwash merino (worsted). What delightful fun!
But those aren’t actually the “real prize”. Those treats go with this…

It turns out it’s not quite enough for Evenstar — but I’m pretty sure I could make an over-sized Echo Flower with it.
But first, I think I’ll just pet it for a while
