We had put off photos of the recently finished Swallowtail – but after deciding the wind just isn’t going to stop blowing anytime soon we took a few shots today.
After last night’s near lace catastrophe with the new pup Christopher decided I needed to be up high to eliminate any problems. So first he tried forcing me to climb a ladder. I have serious aversions to climbing ladders. I’m not afraid of heights – just ladders. Next suggestion was the bucket of the tractor. So here I am standing in the raised bucket of our Massey Ferguson being blasted by the Oklahoma wind.

Started March 14, finished March 28, photos April 1. No joking!

Gorgeous photos, as always
Look at those nupps “pop”. I’m jealous!
lovely pattern and lovely work.
So, you got in the bucket of a tractor just to take pictures? Man, that’s dedication.
Of course, the shawl is amazingly lovely. Great job. And the green is such a spring color.
Now, to avoid having music from Oklahoma (OK) going through my head all day.
that is wonderful. I love that pattern, and it looks great in that yarn!
