Irish Clothilde

I guess I was in a blocking mood this morning, because I finally got this shawl blocked.  I knit it from August 21–30 and it has been languishing since then waiting for me to block it.  I’m so glad I finally did because it is dramatically improved.

The yarn is Fleece Artist BFL in DK and I used about 375 yards to knit Clothilde, which is a lovely and simple pattern.  This will be a gift for a good friend who loves green.
